Pick-your-own blueberries, pumpkins, and Christmas trees are available for the whole family to enjoy. A picnic and hayride, or a walk to the barnyard, are also fun activities.

This farm provides a variety of events, including a 10-acre corn maze and barnyard goats, in addition to pumpkin and apple picking.

Midtown Manhattan is about an hour away by taxi.
The farm shop has pre-picked pumpkins, as well as gourds, Indian corn, corn stalks, and other fall decorations. Every day, this family-run farm provides no-frills apple picking. Rutledge Farms are creating too many tomatoes so quickly! It seems to take forever for the red tomatoes to ripen. Hopefully, we’ll start selling tomatoes in a month or two. By all means, I promise! Also, the tomatoes we just planted in the field are increasing well too!! Those were covered during the cold spell, but they are flourishing.

Snohomish’s Bob’s Corn and Pumpkin Farm

Take a free hayride to the 40-acre pumpkin plantation, which has over 60 varieties of the orange delights. In the fall, the garden, country shop, and 10-acre corn maze are particularly festive. A cow train, an apple pistol, and a playground are among the games available to them. Visit the corn maze at night, when you can borrow one of the 18 fire pits and discover the labyrinth with a flashlight.

Although the pumpkin patch at Rutledge Corn Maze has massive pumpkins and tractor hayrides (on request), the farm’s main draw is the corn maze. On weekends, the corn maze features kid-friendly “Farm Scene Investigation” adventures and haunted maze encounters, including a different theme each year. Captain Phil Harris from “Deadliest Catch,” vampires from “Twilight,” and Seattle Seahawks’ player Marshawn Lynch are among the previous corn maze themes.

The farm park is intended to serve educational and leisure needs for the city while still celebrating the area’s agricultural heritage. It has a stable, an animal playground, a 20-acre natural prairie, field, and garden park all integrated into Wilson’s Greenway.

Carnation’s Jubilee Biodynamic Farm

Jubilee Farm offers hayrides to its fields of U-pick pumpkins and gourds, as well as visits to U-pick trees, a children’s hay maze, culinary workshops, and 30 acres of cropland for the public to visit every weekend in October. Carpinito Brothers’ pumpkin patch covers more than 20 acres of property, ensuring that even the pickiest of pickers can find a pumpkin of their liking. Although parents can stock up on seasonal farm-grown favourites at the produce stand (Carpinito’s sweet corn is often a crowd pleaser), kids can enjoy two themed corn mazes, a hay maze for younger children, and a barn full of fuzzy farm mates.

One pumpkin (any size you can carry) and passes to the corn maze, baby animals, and children’s events such as pedal tractor pulling, calf roping, pumpkin launching, and corn shelling and grinding are included with one entry pass to Bi-Zi Farms’ Pumpkin Patch and Harvest Festival during weekends in October. The livestock are fed and placed to bed at 5:30 p.m. every evening, and Bi-Zi Farms invites volunteers to assist with the chores.

This farm patch is a great farm to visit if you are looking for farm-fresh eggs, veggies and different types of flowers. The farm grows organically and uses no pesticides or fertilizers. There are some dairy cows that produce milk which can be purchased from the farm as well as fresh spring water.

What was your favorite part of the farm?

I like the barn area where they had all the kids activities: face painting, bounce houses, etc… I really liked how clean it was there with all the employees doing their jobs while interacting positively with everyone around them. Everyone seemed happy to work here and that says a lot!

Did this place seem dangerous in any way? No because everythingwas very clean.

We had fun at the farm but if we ever decide to go back (which we will) I will bring my kids because they have so many different farm activities for the little ones as well as their farm-to-table cooking classes!
